Just want to start by saying a huge thank you to the team at Bills-Exhausts, particularly Samantha, for keeping me updated and informed throughout the whole process. While the experience was painful due to the unusually long lead times from Arrow in Italy (almost two months), everyone went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had and kept me as up to date on the process as they could whenever they received new information. From the initial purchase, through the delays, and even the holidays in Italy that caused Arrow to temporarily cease production and shipment of exhausts, everyone was incredibly patient with me and my questions and concerns. It feels good to be heard and taken seriously by a company handling your order. The second point of interest is how Bills-Exhausts handles shipments. My God, when I tell you they are fast, I mean they are FAST once they get the product in their hands. The last update I received was that they expected to receive the order on Monday, and sure enough, they got it to UPS at 9 p.m. that same day. That means they received and sorted entire pallets of products and then yeeted those things into the mail. 😂 I was genuinely surprised

I really wish I would’ve read reviews on Bills Exhaust before ever doing business with these people. I ordered in May site said back ordered but bought anyway big mistake!! I contacted them when they said they would be in just to find out it would be another 2 months so much for having it for this riding season. So I then request a refund and of course it’s going to take 10 business days to get it. And now here I sit waiting after the ten business days they tell me it’s shopifys fault for not getting my refund yet. This place is rediculous you should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of people. I’ll make sure to spread the word about your shitty business. Edit. I love how they respond with it’s not them it’s where they get parts from but every review on here is the same you scam money from people you need to do better or just get out of the business I’d recommend the later!! And until I receive my refund it’s considered withheld!!! Initiated refund on 08/13/26. It’s 8/28 still nothing

I ordered an M4 exhaust on June 5th. They stated there could be a lead time of 4-6 weeks when ordering so I understood it might take some time. Contacted via email after 6 weeks asking for a status update. I then received an email that said the exhaust was on week 5/6 of production and they will email me when the exhaust ships. After another 8 days passed I did not receive any updates. Then Friday July 24th I receive an email saying my order is cancelled. Waited over 7 weeks for an exhaust just for the order to be cancelled when it was supposed to be arriving/shipping. No real explanation, no offers on other exhausts for the inconvenience, just that they are no longer selling M4 Exhausts and my order is cancelled. Unacceptable.

Would put negative stars if i could. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered an exhaust with a stated 2-week lead time, only to be told after 2 weeks that it would actually take another 2 weeks (4 weeks actually cause the girl got it wrong) due to increased orders. That was fine. Then after waiting over a month, I contacted them again and was told there had been a “system error” and my order was NEVER EVEN PROCESSED in the first place. Frustrated, I requested a refund, which I was told would take 7–10 business days. Once again, I received zero proactive communication and had to constantly chase them up myself for updates. Every response was just the same copy-paste “wait 7–10 days” with absolutely no proof or transparency provided. 10th business day rolled around and I reached out again. After urgently requesting proof of the refund, i get sent the confirmation email that my refund was JUST processed. Seems to me like they never did it in the first place just like everything else. Had to reach out myself to get ANYTHING done. After requesting official confirmation that my refund had actually been processed, along with escalation to a supervisor because the

I had an excellent experience with Bill’s Exhausts. Their customer service is outstanding, and I especially want to thank Samantha for all her help. I ordered a full exhaust system for my 2026 BMW S1000RR, and with so many different options available, it was honestly hard for me to decide which one to go with. I ended up changing my mind twice during the process, but Samantha made everything incredibly easy. She was patient, responsive, and never made it feel like it was a problem to switch my order. They even pre ordered the full exhaust directly from Italy, and to my surprise it arrived at my apartment the very next week. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress free. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their customers and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Bill’s Exhausts. Thanks again to Samantha for the amazing service!
